Hand held monitor switched itself off, assumed this was an automatic turn off setting. (This was disproved later in the night with happened again, refer to outbuildings notes for team 1)

Glass divination session – Made contact with a strong spirit by the name of Nathan D. Said he had 2 children and was present in the building in the 1800’s. Identified himself as the spirit Stewart had picked up on earlier in the cellar. The team asked him to move the glass to someone he would like to touch or make his presence known to. The glass moved to Liz and a few seconds later she felt something crawl up her leg. Her hair also felt as if it was being played with at times.

 Jenny felt a phantom finger touch hers during this session while all the team had fingers on the glass and were watching it.

Anomalies - On entering the area the team heard what sounded like the balls in the ball pit being moved. (Attempted to recreate the sound by using heavy footstep and by shaking the play areas frame but this did not have the same effect. Seems the noise was not made by the movement of the team.)

Sound heard again with no explanation found.

Shadow seen moving by fire exit at the far end of the room.

Jims notes. Temperature dropping again after a team enters an area. Have decided to experiment with equipment used to see if I can find an explanation for this as the temperature should go up with body heat causing a warming effect.

UPSTAIRS AREA

Glass Divination session – During the team begin to feel an intense swaying sensation and as if they are being pulled towards the table.

Martin - feels sick and is affected by the swaying feeling. (note it is out of character for Martin to feel sensations etc)

Stewart – Felt presence of a lady in a hoped shirt and bonnet, not richly dressed, has a strong presence.

DOWNSTAIRS AREA

An elemental spirit is sensed. Felt it had split into several entities.

Glass Divination Session – Glass moving strongly.

Andrew – Feels someone has recently been practicing dark arts outside the building.

Anomalies – Light behind the door changed as if someone had walked past. (everyone accounted for)

Jim’s notes. Strange temperature readings in the second vigil. Normally the introduction of a team into a room tends to make the room warmer. In this case you can see it went down. On investigation later in the year I would like to examine this in more detail.

DOWNSTAIRS AREA

Strange EMF discovered in one area of the room, traced to the floor and over to a power inlet – Possible anomaly debunked

UPSTAIRS AREA

1.20 Until 2:08 - Majority of team feel fine, Dave feels a bit uncomfortable. (It is out of character for Dave to be uncomfortable in any area, this is the first time it has been noted in past year)

 2:08 – The team feel a feeling of oppression come over the room. Jim feels the need to stand up and this is followed by a large amount of interference on the team’s walkie-talkie. (Called through to other team and base camp to see if they experienced similar problems, no interference was heard on theirs)

2:10 – Wireless CCTV Monitor turns itself off after being on for 2 mins. During experiments with the unit at this time strange EMF fluctuations were taken around the monitor ranging up to 10mg where there had been no notable readings before. (Experiments on the night and after the investigation suggest that the monitor should stay on until turned off. It has most defiantly stayed on for 30 mins at which time we turned it off, concluding the experiment)
